I am Justin Smolev. I love good food. I love to make good food. I trained to prepare good food. I have worked in the kitchens of America’s very best: in New York and in California. I wanted to bring my skills and appreciation to your daily routine of deciding where to go and what to get for lunch and dinner. I wanted to bring real quality and real cooking to you.
